PRACTICALITY AND PRODUCTIVITY

  • almost never required to strip rough, rust, paint;
  • never required to remove the protective coating thickness of 3 mm (work of stationary options is implemented with a clearance of up to 8 mm, in movement);

  • never required orientation of transducer (self-aligning effect);

DUE TO WHAT?

  • no expenses on cleanup, no expenses on the removal – restoration of the protective coating, on the couplant, its application, washing and degreasing and no expenses on the orientation of the transducer at the point of measurement;
  • no mechanical wear (abrasion) of the transducer, decreasing of the time of measurement in ten times (preparatory operations are not required);
  • ability to work in extreme conditions, when other devices are not functioning (severe corrosion, roughness and curvature, protective coating, high and low ambient temperatures and sensor operation under water).
